Is there a color chart of the vinyl in your catalog?

We do have material swatches in our catalog. Colors shown may vary from that of actual materials due to the catalog printing process. If a material color or finish is critical, please request a swatch at no charge.

What is your standard production lead time?

Normal production times for catalog quantities are as follows (all times are from approved art proof):

• 3 working days (Action Bands, Stickers, Tyvek Wristloks)
• 5 working days (Tally Books, Bulk Shipped Wristlets* & Zipper Pulls*)
• 7 working days (Most Catalog Products)
• 12 working days (Poly Binders)
• 15 working days (Sewn** and Turned Edge Products, Belts & Sashes)

*Bulk shipped products are not assembled. The hook or stud is to be inserted by the customer.
**Sewn items include Reflectix armbands, vests, most DigiSort™ products, and sewn binders. Lead times are for catalog quantities and are subject to change.
***We do offer our Item #2013EXP and Item #2015EXP as "5-Day Express Binders" and will ship 5 working days after receipt of order with production-ready art.

Can I upload my artwork?

Yes. Please use our upload artwork form to upload your artwork to us. Please check the Artwork Guidelines section in our catalog or on our website to learn what the requirements are for digital artwork.

Can I order quantities less than the catalog minimums?

Orders for less than catalog quantity are available for $50.00 (G) per item. Absolute minimum is 1/2 of first column quantity and is limited to standard imprints only.

Are your products made in the USA?

Yes, Fey Line manufactures 99% of the products in the catalog from concept to completion. Our centralized manufacturing facilities enable quick turnaround and reduced shipping times.

Do you manufacture your own products?

Yes. Fey Line manufactures all of the products shown in our catalog from concept to completion. Your products are made to order just for you.

What are the differences between vinyl types?

The great thing about vinyl is that there are so many variations and colors to choose from.
